Terms of sale

These terms apply when you download or buy software from Ember Audio Labs ("we", "us") through emberaudiolabs.com.
Who sells to you
Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and handles refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
What you get
When you buy a licence you receive a licence key by email and access to the download. Your use of the software is governed by the end user licence agreement. Each product is licensed separately. A licence covers all 1.x updates of the product you bought. A future major version (2.0 and later) may be offered as a paid upgrade.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on your location. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; this never affects a licence you already own.
Trial
The free trial is the full product for 14 days from the first time you open it. After that, the software periodically mutes its output until a licence is activated.
Refunds

Support and availability
We provide support by email. We aim to keep the activation server available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. An already activated copy keeps working when the server cannot be reached.
Liability
The software is provided as described in the licence agreement. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought is the one that governs that purchase.
