Refund policy

Every product has a free, fully working 14-day trial, so you can make sure it suits your system and your music before you buy.

14-day refunds

If you are not happy with a purchase, email support@emberaudiolabs.com within 14 days of buying, with your order number, and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, though we would like to hear it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to the payment method you used. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

The licence key is disabled, and the product returns to its expired-trial state on every computer where it was activated.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
